United StatesEVERYTHING! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel at an AMAZING PRICE!! ITS A GORGEOUS HOTEL!! I had a procedure at UPMC MERCY the next morning and was so comfortable and felt safe! Alot of the hotels in the area charged 40-60 for parking and 50 -100 in incidentals. We paid the room fee and 100 in incidentals was held on our card and as soon as we checked out it was released. They also offer free valet for all hotel guest! We can't wait to go back soon!!
They also had delicious food. The pictures included are from pur room!

Room met expectation. Was big enough for 2-4 person. The toilet was flushing itself randomly, but I just close the door at night and I didn't mind. Location is good if you want to go to the Penns Arena, otherwise it's a couple minutes walk from downtown.

The room was large and well-equipped - it has masses of storage space and feels more like an apartment than a place to stay for a short trip. Amenities provided were good and the room was well soundproofed for traffic noise from outside. It was also really clean when we checked in.
The location is good - it is easily walkable to downtown Philly, but there are a few busy roads to cross and some of the surrounding streets seemed a little sketchy. The day storage lockers for luggage were really helpful on our last day as we had a late train.

Clean and spacious rooms, fully equipped with all the amenities you need. The location is convenient, right in the city center located within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was also friendly and helpful. It was also really safe as you need the keycards to enter the building and the elevators

Large, clean and comfortable room, with a good bathroom. Good location in the city centre, close to the main historical district. Short walk from Jefferson station. Very good complementary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful; quickly resolved an issue with internet access.

The host, Nick, is very attentive and helpful. The house has an excellent location, very close to Carson street but in a very quiet street. You can walk to Downtown and there's everything you need, from bars, restaurants and supermarkets, very close by. And Pittsburgh is a fantastic city that deserves to be visited.

Clean room, with a lot of space. Typical American breakfast. Good choice of free drip coffee throughout the day.
Great location, in between downtown and the strip district (which was great on the weekend).
Staff was friendly and they had extra water/bananas prepared after the Pittsburgh Marathon for runners.

This was my home when I went to Erie, Pennsylvania, for work. The hotel was an excellent value for money. It was a peaceful place to stay and all the facilities in my room worked real fine. The breakfast was okay and the members of staff were nice. The location was excellent. In short, if you are travelling on budget this is the place for you to stay!

The location was wonderful - a short walk to a nearby beautiful park with a pond and blooming trees, and an even shorter walk to the river with a paved multi-use trail. It was less than a ten minute drive to downtown! I loved the peace and quiet of the place, the bed was comfy, and the TV and speaker system was top-notch. The kitchen was well-stocked and a good size.

A fantastic short break in the city for Wrestlemania, the staff, and hotel facilities were excellent and the location was perfect also just being 15 minutes outside the city center.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and accommodated my requests. The value in terms of location from hotspots, facilities and fun things to do in the main lobby, was phenomenal for what you are paying. Showers were clean, bathroom was clean and spacious, actual beds were comfortable and lockers were spacious too. All in all an amazing place to stay and I will be back for either a return trip to Philly or NYC.
