The location is great—right on the edge of the main strip of upscale hotels in Mũi Né. While there’s no direct access to the main beach, the property has its own separate area for swimming in the sea, accessible via stairs. The main beach is 5 min away by foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from booking a bus to another city, arranging massages and local excursions, to organizing private airport transfers and a late check-out that matched our departure schedule. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the team there was just as warm and welcoming. Perfect place to wind down for a few days or stay for a kitesurfing holiday.

Staying at Naomi's was the best choice we made. The house is super spacious and open. There is a kitchen you can use, and she has a water filtering machine, so there is always drinking water available. The washing machine was amazing to have, especially if traveling for a longer time. The room she offers is great size, especially because it is connected to the living room, which makes the whole atmosphere more interactive. There is AC, a fan, and hot water always available. Naomi is a great host. She speaks really good english and takes great care of her guests. Not only is she helpful, but she is also very giving and altruistic. She loves to share meals at night and exchange stories with her guests. The best part of the stay was all the animals that she had. There are 5 kittens and 1 dog at the property, which makes your stay even more memorable. They are as sweet as their owner and are super comfortable with foreigners. This was a great place to stay, and all the positive reviews she gets are here to prove it. Do yourself a favor and stay with Naomi. You won't regret it.

I stayed for 4 nights. It was right in the middle of town near all the amenities. Clean room. Quiet location. I did online work each night I was there and the WiFi speed was excellent. About 80 MB/sec.

They were very friendly and helpful. A very quiet place near the beach with lots of coffee shops (Highland Coffee, around 5 minutes walk) and many more local cafe... The Sea Cafe is at the beach and the staff could speak English...

Pharos Guesthouse – A Perfect Stay by the Beach! I stayed at Pharos Guesthouse for 2 nights, and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is cozy, clean, and very affordable—perfect for travelers looking for comfort without breaking the bank. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach walk, and just a short stroll to a swimmable beach on the left. It’s also close to downtown and restaurants, making it super convenient for dining and exploring the area. There’s even a bar in front and a coffee shop/restaurant just a few steps away, so you’ll never run out of options. One of the highlights of my stay was the receptionist, Danny. He was extremely accommodating and friendly—it was great chatting with him! He even let me borrow a helmet and gave me helpful suggestions on places to visit. The guesthouse also offers some great amenities, including a clean swimming pool and a nice sunbathing spot. They have a kitchen area where you can make coffee or toast, which is very convenient. Overall, the place is spotless, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Pharos Guesthouse to anyone visiting the area—I’ll definitely be back!

This is a modern hotel in Vietnam with a wonderful staff. They are English speaker friendly, and have motorbikes for rent at the facilities. Rooms are great for the price in a quiet and low traffic neighborhood.
