The staff were excellent, super helpful and polite. The hotel has a great location, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City in District 1 and close to the markets, various historical sites, and restaurants. They have a beautiful rooftop bar with city views and their spa is to die for, it was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!

ChinaThis hotel was a great find for me! The location for District 1 is very good. Restaurants, Banks, Viettel, cafes, busses to destinations around Vietnam, etc are nearby. Oh, and if bars are your thing, 10 min walk puts you in as many bars as you like. Cafes: my favorite are Hanoi Egg Coffee and Cong cafe. Both are rated highly in HCMC.
Staff is super helpful.
Breakfast was good and Fleur is of wonderful help.
Bed was superb. Great A/C and WiFi. Very good shower.
Spotless clean!

The view is justifiably great and the room really embraces the view. I felt like I don't want to go out - I just wanted to stay in the room and look at the view from the comfy chair. However the swimming pool area is a nice hangout and the restaurants are nice - they also embrace the view as you'd expect.
The location is actually really good with the beautiful riverside park and everything you could need right in the area. If you're going to city center, it's only 15 minutes away by a Grab car - better than I thought.

My second time coming. Clean hostel, most of the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The location is good, near the bus station for easy entry/exit, near some nice cafés and cheap eateries. They take card for payment (they charge 1.5% but this is cheaper than ATM withdrawal fee). While I was there there were some issues with the room air conditioners and the staff made sure all the guests were comfortable, which gave me a good feeling. For a cheap hostel in the city centre I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a nice room, had basic kitchen stuffs and also a washing machine in the balcony.
there was netflix as well on the tv. internet was not the best but okay, youtube on my laptop was lagging alot but netflix on the tv worked fine.
Communications were prompt and clear, they spoke english well, they were available on whatsapp all the time, even at 2 am when the building lost the power.
Not the best location but okayish, close to nightlife street, lot of various small shops nearby. 2 cafe downstairs in the building.

The Hostel has spacious rooms and big beds with a privacy curtain, lights and plugs which I always love. You could also put your whole luggage in the locker. The bathrooms where always clean and they give you towels. There is a bar downstairs to socialize and have a coffe. The location is pretty good you walk like 20 min to the main sights in city centre. At night it was quiet.

Location, Location, Location. Best place to stay if you plan to do shopping at Ben Thanh market (1 min walk) & Malaysian Street night market (right where the hotel is). Room is clean. If you're looking for a decent place to stay in prime location, this is the place for you. Things to be mindful of: 1. there aren't any lifts so may be an issue for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage; 2. the rooms are small and ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep; and 3. it can be noisy i.e. you can hear other guests outside.

The place is worth it at the price range and have a Great location. Easy to get to almost anything everything but when it goes back to rest the place is decently quite to rest. Cleanliness is acceptable. The balcony area are the pros if you consider booking the house. The host was helpful and responsive.
Overall, it is worth a try if you are looking for a place to stay in the city center since the location of the house is perfect to explore the city life.
