everything, location, ambience, staff, breakfast everything was perfect.

Breakfast was amazing and the room layout was perfectly

Staff especially the security staff( Nigerian Lad) , location, room service.

Very accessible to all facilotoes like beach, supermarket, restaurant, and more. They have freindly staff, very approchable and very polte.

Staff were welcoming, responsive, explained proactively. Located in the middle of the city, plenty of food options and markets nearby.

I am a person with allergies , and it was the first time when I book a hotel , and for sure I informed them in advance about my allergies . From the check-in the reception called the kitchen and informed that “the person with allergies arrived “ , they took great care of my food to the point where my meal was cooked separately and the chefs were always providing the best options , and meals. Kudos to the whole staff for making our stay stressless because of my dietary restrictions !!

Actually Frankly, I liked the hotel because of the employee, Haroun Al Rashid. He is a well-mannered, respectful, and smiling employee who respects and helps the customer. His only concern is the customer’s satisfaction. I liked the hotel and staying in it because of Haroun Al Rashid and regarding the property was wonderful and clean and size of room space was excellent and suitable for 3 people. It was not narrow and not wide. It was suitable. Honestly, everything was clean.

Well for family time and friends I believe it’s very nice place and the best part is the room is in the same area and it’s a one floor hotel so if you go with friends your room will be together which make the vacation even better
