The location, cleanliness, amenities and friendliness of staff. The view from the rooms was georgeus too. Main floor is georgeus and has many things to do (pool, piano, etc)

The staff were very friendly and Gloria who worked the front desk was wonderful; she was always smiling and provided a lot of valuable information about the area. The hotel is directly across the road from the beach. The inclusive meal package made life relaxing. The spa offered very reasonable pricing for their services.

I like that the location is very accessible and safe. Although i was expecting a “beachfront” hotel but its facing the road before the beach

Great rooms with air-conditioning, excellent and very friendly service, delicious food and breakfast, close to the beach and hotspots of the area. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend my days in Mar del Plata

Such great service by EVERYONE. The staff working the breakfast was amazing!! Non-stop, the items were always available even when dining was 100% crowded. Pool/sauna and breakfast were very nice! I'd stay here again any time! A/C and hot water are awesome!!! Security safe in room great!! Location of hotel is awesome! Close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The staff is really helpful and amazing, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations, they are really good at them and they really enjoy helping, the place is clean and the breakfast is fair for the standard category.

The staff at the reception and the towels lady they all were a perfect 10!

The breakfast room was super clean, spacious, and the food was excellent, They staff continuously made replacements when dishes were empty. Clean tables on a timely manner and the variations of items were very satisfying.

I like the personal who handles all the facilities. From the parking lot, waitres, front desk and housekeeping. The breakfast was good, except for the orange juice. It was not natural.

All the people who assisted us were extremely kind at all times and were available to help with any need.

I arrived early in the morning the day of my reservation. They were kind enough to give me a place to rest my head for a few hours before they moved me into my room (since it was occupied when I arrived). Staff is kind and understanding and worked with me even though I don't speak very much Spanish. It is close to the beach and easy to find!
