All the reception desk staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. The whole facilities of this hotel and Its services are more than excellent. This is a very luxurious hotel. The 24 hour bakery is perfect. Their Cinnabons are the most delicious I ever tasted. The merchandise in the shops are very diverse and affordable. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned twice and the mini-fridge beverages are free and includes biscuits.

Grea views from every room of appartment Very huge flat where you can be lost Clean Easy to reach from airport and to the city Calm place, there were no any noise You can look at planes arrive/depart but dont here noise (very convinient) Host was super friendly and allowed late check out When i come to Brunei next time, i will not think and book here again.
