The views, cleanliness and how spacious it was. The atmosphere was great, the food was really good, and there was great entertainment for kids! The rooms were large enough, with excellent shower, beds and pillows. Restaurant hours were very convenient, the restaurant, valet and room service were great.

Everything was wonderful. We specifically loved the indoor pool for the rainy days. The bar at the pool was also great. Valet service was very convenient.

There is a heated pool, a breakfast buffet, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area of Gramado, away from the main streets and noise.
