Loved this little place by the beach - clean, friendly staff, good food. Because it is within a gated community- I never had safety concerns. Transportation back to the airport could be a little challenging - so plan enough time to wait for your Uber.

Gated community, big swimming and a separate kids pools, proximity to a shopping center, restaurants, a short walk to a nice clean beach and great support staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was deliciously amazing. They even made us a fresh sugar-free juice for our little one.

Guarajuba is a lovely hidden gem about 10 km closer to Salvador than the more expensive Praia do Forte. The Summer Flat condominium, where this apartment is located, is quiet, with the grounds well-maintained. The rectangle of identical 1-bedroom apartments faces the large, clean swimming pool, complete with outdoor showers and bathrooms. The beach and a few restaurants and two grocery markets are within walking distance of the apartment. This apartment features a brand new bathroom with an excellent electric shower. There are outstanding a/c units in both the living room and bedroom, and two flat-screen TVs. There's excellent free wi-fi. A big plus is a porch hammock and blackout curtains. The apartment is five stars when it comes to cleanliness. Another comforting feature is the window screens if renters prefer to have the windows open. The new track lighting in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom provides more than ample light. The full kitchen with seating offers a large, new refrigerator, stove, microwave, filtered water, and a sandwich maker.
