Everything was clean and brand new. The room is very spacious and the lighting was immaculate. The facilities made it exceptional, most notably the gym. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and everything felt fresh. Staff was very kind !

I reached quite early and expected to wait for many hours for a room but the staff were very nice and very accommodating. I waited all but 10 min before I got my key and even got a small upgrade which was very very nice. The view from the room with the snow falling was beautiful. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and so did my friend who stayed with me. Thank you to the staff for all thier efforts.
