The breakfast was fantastic !! Loved the hot tub and pool.

The rooms were connected, the water was hot, the rooms were cleaned, the rooms were spacious, and there was in-site parking. There was shampoo, conditioner, and hand cream.

Very cute, family friendly hotel with a nice restaurant and a busy nice program during the holidays. The pool, the jacuzzi and the tropical garden were outstanding.

Super kid and family friendly hotel. Everyone was incredibly warm. Seems like their normal clientele is mainly comprised of French Canadians, so almost all conversations initially begin in French, but everyone seamlessly switches to English without any issue once it’s clear you don’t speak French. The pool area, splash pad and playground were fun for all ages because there’s also an adjacent hot tub. The restaurant went out of their way to make the kids feel special. They even had their own soft serve machine and let the kids make their own ice cream sundae after their meal. Given the cold and rainy weather while we were in town, we weren’t cooped up in our hotel room because of all of the kid friendly amenities. There was even a kids play room where our 9yo got her nails painted and the kids could play with sand, blocks, air hockey, etc. Free parking. Festive holiday decorations. We couldn’t take advantage of all of the activities Thursday-Sunday because we had things to do in town, but a family could come to the hotel for a weekend and not have to leave for basically anything. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hot tub outside was perfect and so relaxing!

Best value for money ever. Location was priceless, across the street from major sights. EVERY staff member was helpful and cheerful.

First if all, the staff. They were very nice and very accommodating with our requests (additional water bottles, extra soaps, delay on room cleaning). We had an issue with one of our rooms and they were very quick to make the changes needed. We checked in post Christmas but you can still very well feel the Christmas spirit when they extended their assistance. Next is the facilities. There is a heated pool, gym and an in-house restaurant which are great for a comfortable stay. In the 3rd level there are lots of space where you can just sit, read a good book or get some drinks with friends. Moving on to the rooms, thay are spacious with a good fitting bath tub, but the highlight of the room would be the comfortable bed and pillows. You'd get to bed after a tiring day exploring Old Quebec and be up the next morning refreshed and ready to go explore some more. And last is the location. It's a beautiful place very close to the walls of Old Quebec so the places people would often visit is quite close, around 13 to 15 minutes of walking is all you need, most of the time. It is also close to a good number of establishments, particularly a handful of restaurants should you chose to dine out.

The hotel and the stay very pleasant and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The bedding was PHENOMENAL! Very comfortable lining, mattress and pillows. Everything very clean and well maintained.

Super clean hotel with a great location. Staff spoke multiple languages and the breakfast was outstanding. Great hotel to stay for our day in Quebec City. We took the ferry across and it was a quick 5 minute drive there. We would definitely stay here again.

Easley accessible from highway

I like everything. It was perfect staying in perfect place. Quite, calm and secure surroundings, free outside parking, bus station to ship very close. Perfect very kind staff. You should to know you have to have a credit card in your pocket to pay deposit. Room was pretty big, fresh, very clean and modern. You should to take vanity with you, there wasn’t. Also I like possibility to heat room :)

Location is perfect and the staff daytime amazing and the night staff Andréanne and her partner at the reception nothing but excellent. I will be back every time in this area.

It was a very clean and spacious room. Right next to the mall and very close to Quebec City. Fair pricing as well

Very accommodating and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Shopping centers are near by and restaurants.

Clean room, coffee machine in the room was very convenient, comfortable beds.

Cleanliness, the spa is perfect and the outside playground on hotel property adds the perfect touch.

The amount of bedrooms was wonderful for four families travelling together. The kitchen an exceptional sizes. The indoor pool was fun. The location was excellent.,

Breakfast was excellent. You can grap tea or coffee at the reseption 7/24. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.

The view to old town and canal was amazing!
