Thankyou Hotel Soleil , We had a tastefully decorated French style room , central location for downtown Vancouver, With excellent staff ready to assist for all our needs .

Location was very convenient and close to cruise terminal. Staff was excellent and they accommodated us earlier after our long flight.

The bed was simply amazing. So comfortable can’t beat. The location. Bell services were very nice gentleman. Love the coffee machine.

Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed. Great location to downtown. As we were here for the World Cup, this hotel was PERFECT for accessing BC Place. Staff were always friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

All the welcome during check-in, all vouchers, discounts, tips for the attractions in the city, helping us with our tourism planning. I loved the breakfast, it was amazing, the food and options was perfect! The breakfast and hot tub made our experience outstanding!

The location, size of room , breakfast

Very quiet and nice room with lovely view of harbour. Big comfortable king bed and spacious room itself. The location was perfect, it was easy to get everywhere. Personnel was nice too.

What I liked the most was the host’s hospitality and care, the very comfortable rooms, an amazing rug, and extremely clean accommodations. However, it’s important to note that this is a shared house, which was not a problem for us, but it’s good to be aware of this.

Nice Location with perfect connection to city centre and other spots

The view of Vancouver from the 16th floor is mesmerising, The accommodation is conveniently located opposite China Town metro station that has links to the airport. The modern condo is tastefully furnished and contains everything that you need. The host responded promptly to any questions by Message. I’d recommend Toonies Tours for a free (donations) walking tour if the city, which is s as good way to get your bearings.

Great location, very close to the skyline station and walking distance to lots of places we wanted to visit. The apartment had great views over the city and up to the mountains. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable.

My first breakfast I bought some quiche the night before from a local deli, the next two mornings I have breakfast at two local cafe spots. Both had great selection and within an easy walking distance

Just absolutely faultless. An exceptional timeless quality. The room was spacious and every little detail was thought of. Fantastic location and the staff were just excellent.

Excellent location: right in the heart of Vancouver, super close to great restaurants and nice shops. The room was comfortable and spacious, with impeccable cleanliness and furniture. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the attached restaurant provided great food and service. Hotel staff were accommodating and the whole place had a refined atmosphere.

The service from all staff was exceptional — warm, friendly, and so welcoming. I really loved how spacious my room was, and the bed was sleeping on a fluffy cloud. There were plenty of amenities at the hotel, on the residence side, and the restaurant was fabulous. The neighbourhood was wonderful - lots to eat and drink, and it was central to everything Downtown (with Burrard Station just a short walk towards the water… but the city itself is entirely walkable in any direction). If you’d like to use the laundry facilities, make sure you have $2 coins available otherwise you can withdraw cash or break notes in the hotel convenience store :)

Great location and loved having a balcony to sit on and watch the activity of the harbour. Slightly dated but really well equipped with everything in the kitchen you need to self cater. Really lovely, helpful staff 😀

This is my favorite hotel in Vancouver. It is at downtown and very near of everything! Capilano or Whistler shuttles are in front of the it's door! The hotel staff are always available and very kind! I've used to stay here when I was flight attendant for Mexicana Airlines and I remember this hotel as one of my favorite ones. I returned after 14 years and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is still excellent! Beds are wonderful!

Great location, spacious and very clean.

The staff and team on site were very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean even the washrooms in the foyer area. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver and the views from the hotel across the city to the water at either side are amazing, we were lucky enough to be on the 30th floor.
