I rented a spacious suite, which was excellent.

It was very safe, clean, organised and the location was excellent. The staff was always willing to help us and they made excellent recommendations.

Location, cleanliness, the view, and 100% staff

Everything was really nice (not fancy or pretentious) about this place. It not only has a great location it also feels safe and quiet just a steep hill away from the party beach town and promenade. The people that work here are friendly and helpful and good at finding the nice balance between guiding and giving you space so it feels pretty private. Probably a great romantic getaway if that’s what you are looking for. You don’t need a car to get there either as the bus stop is literally right out front. Take the 609 to/from the main Viña Del Mar bus terminal if coming in from Santiago, take a 602 or 605 if you want to head to Valparaíso. A few notes…the breakfast is pretty basic but complete with a bowl of fresh fruit, some toast, coldcuts and cheese, Nescafé, tea, yogurts, and chocolate cereal. Don’t think of it as someplace fancy but as a gorgeous yet simple private getaway with beautiful views and steps from decent restaurants. Highly recommend.

I'm vegan and they accomodated me very well ♡ everything was great, superb atenttion, room and view.

The unit was light and bright and had nice views from bedroom and main room. The water was hot. The bed was comfortable for a tall person. The unit had a full size refrigerator. It was cold outside and the space heater provided worked well. The balcony with furniture was impressive. The kitchen appliances worked well. The unit is located about 5 minutes from a grocery store (Santa Isabel) as well as banks and restaraunts. You can walk to the ocean in about 10 minutes. Shopping is a couple blocks east of the unit. This is a great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Its really cool to be able to sit on your couch and look at a view that is spectacular. The host was helpful and everyone in this building was nice and with manners.
