The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was really good and close to shopping malls, restaurants and tourist spots. Very good breakfast with lots of choices and friendly restaurant staff. Staff at the reception and the porters were friendly and very helpful.

Incredible service. Quality of everything is outstanding, even for Chinese standards. Location center of center. City view from 56th floor amazing. Stuff amazing, polite, nice etc. Housekeeping also exceptional.

Service was beyond exceptional. Very impressed with how the staff treated their guests. We had difficulties with booking high-speed trains to another city and the staff went out of their way to help us. We also travelled with an elderly and did not realise that Chongqing was a city with steep pathways. The hotel was happy to lend us a wheelchair from the hotel. The location was amazing and very close to the train station. Extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Chongqing.

Spacious apartment, with a large living space and separate bedroom with very comfy king bed - perfect also for a couple, but even alone, you can fully relax here after a long day of exploring. Staff was always helpful, breakfast had (mostly) all varieties of food ready and was the location is perfect to reach the Jiefangbei Street within 20mins of walking. Would totally recommend!

Incredible perfect stay. I almost never rate 10... but they definitely deserve it. I loved the gym and the swimming pool. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The staff very helpful and always smiling.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

I stayed at Niccolo hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. I accidentally left my earphones behind, and our hotel butler Freya kindly arranged to send them to my next hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Chongqing.

This place has an AMAZING bar with a brilliant view. It really is a fantastic view where you can watch the crazy lights of Chongqing sky scrapers whilst enjoying a cocktail. The bartender is very knowledgable and can make you whatever you ask! The bedroom is all automated, with buttons controlling everything - but don't worry, it's easy to use. The style of the whole place is brilliant and things are very high quality, new and clean. The staff are WONDERFUL. We left behind a book that we didn't want and they texted us to check if we needed it back before throwing it away. The location is over the river from the main part of the city, but this is fine as it's well connected and has wonderful views.

Very clean and comfortable. It is close to the train station which is important for me this time. It is easy to get where you need to go if you take a taxi.
