The staff were so helpful. They communicated in advance via WeChat to tell us they have free pickup from the train station. Sure enough, the driver was waiting there with a sign for us when we arrived. They also have free shuttle service to and from the Ancient Town. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated via WeChat and they were extremely responsive. They answered every question right away. The room was huge, clean, modern, with an enormous shower and a good air conditioner.
