Classy hotel in a great location. We could walk around the neighbourhood during the day and night.

The hotel is pretty, the room was large, the beds were comfortable, I liked the view. The elevator is clean. We bough breakfast buffet and it was delicious. We also used the pool which was warm and I liked the design of the pool area. They also offered me taxi service from and to airport.

I had an incredible experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed having executive access, which is a fantastic feature that allowed me to snack and take advantage of the happy hour, offering a variety of drinks. The amenities were clean, and the food was outstanding.

An absolute gem of a hotel with a gorgeous lobby, a luxurious feel, an amazing staff that are extremely respectful and go above and beyond, pristine, clean rooms, out of this world facilities, including 20 metre lap, pool for swimmers, a gym, an outstanding breakfast with an array of different choices… What more can I say? The hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor. My view was amazing. Miss Sandra, the manager was just fantastic. She made sure that I had everything I needed. Silvanna .at the reception was absolutely amazing as well. Large, beautifully designed spaces, great natural light, and everything is in perfect, like-new condition. It was a magnificent stay. I would definitely come back!

Great location apartment! It was very pretty and confortable. Beds were great. It is important to mention that really nearby (at the same building) there is a food court and a minimarket (OXXO).

Excellent apartments, with great location, park in front is our kids favorite, breakfast in the morning with great service, great living space for a family of four with children having their own room and bathroom, also had to work and conference rooms are top notch, it’s a very generous offering

Good assortment of breads and fruits at the breakfast. There are also plenty of good restaurants at the hotel which was convinient for a late dinner

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless every day, and all the common areas were very well maintained. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The comfort was another highlight of my stay. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service. I would happily stay here again in the future.
