Fantastic hotel! Breakfast options were plentiful with eggs made to order. We stayed in the Lifestyle Suite which was huge with lost of space for our dog to move around in and clean with a good modern feel. It was quiet in the evenings and had a mini fridge in it with a few items to buy. The location was great also with the Mosel being a few feet away. We didn't eat dinner there, but the small bar was great and the bartender (curly reddish/brown hair) was really nice and made outstanding cocktails. Small parking lot, but we found a spot to park our car. Would definitely recommend the place and stay there again.

It is really like a fairy tale place. The view from the hotel pool is absolutely breathtaking.

Very nice hotel to stay by the Mossel River, beautiful view from the room, relaxing pool surrounded be vineyards and very good restaurant. Totally recommended.

It was beautiful, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We could walk everywhere and the views of the vineyards were spectacular! The complementary wine was a perfect touch. We highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice hotel in the outstanding nature surroundings of Mosel River and vineries. Despite the early and quiet season, the hotel was full of travelers. We were lucky to get a river view room. It was spacious enough for a couple with a nice sitting area both inside the room and on the balcony. The room was warm, and we turned the heating off during the night, which is not typical for Europe 🙂. The room was fresh renovated with a non-typical toilet/shower room door , which is not fully a door. However, it was totally fine for us. The shower itself was well maintained and clean. The sauna was hot 🔥 which was good, but the swimming pool area was crowded. Visitors occupied all the sitting and laying places, with rare practice for sauna or the swinning pool, maybe due to rain outside. There were complaints of other tourists on the bad internet in the hotel. I can say the signal is available in every area, but you can't do much with it. Neither with wifi or mobile networks. On the other hand you get plenty of time for yourself and sightseeing. Keep in mind you better reserve the table for a dinner in advance due to multiple bookings from outside the hotel. But one of their restaurants is a Michelene award winner 2019 and it was fully by the time we checked in. ✔️

Almost everything. The place is setup so beutiful for a relaxing stay. Its in a quiet village, very good breakfast. Elfi attends every guest personally and ensures you have comfortable stay

Staff was great.. specially reception, lovely people. They did couple of very nice surprises for us as we were celebrating a special occasion. We had a great time. The castle is magnificent, rooms great and very clean. Spacy and with high ceilings.

Very inviting natural setting. The terrace was lovely and a great place to enjoy an excellent meal.

The house was bigger than expected with plenty of room, clean as expected when we arrived. We arrived with 4 cars for which there was enough space to park. Beautiful far-stretching view from the inside and the terrace. Bedrooms had nice beds with closet space which can accommodate longer stays.
