The location! It felt safe to walk on the beach early in the morning or by night. The room with this amazing view on the beach! The so well kept plants and flowers all around the property😍 The very good nternet access. The pool area. The good value for money. The respectful staff. The direct access to the beach: just a few steps from your room!

Property is perfectly located on Kite beach, fits comfortably my family of four in its two large bedrooms. Checking in/out was a breeze qnd Jorg has been a very responsive host

Everything was great. The hotel was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants and the beach. We stayed only one day, and when our flight was cancelled, the staff kindly allowed us to stay at the hotel until 4:00 pm for only $16 per person. The breakfast was also very delicious.

The breakfast is good with fresh fruits and so do food, lots of options.the location is perfect, a couple steps form all the restaurants and bars. The hotel is on cabarete beach and if you liek to do aquatic sports the hotel offers options with people to teach you, pay aside for sure.

The location was lovely, and I'd describe the rooms as true to the website's pictures. We weren't satisfied with our initial room and asked for a different one. The second room was significantly better, featuring a brand-new air conditioning unit. It's conveniently located near Encuentro Beach, exuding those delightful tropical Caribbean vibes.

Everything about this facility was surprisingly pleasant. The tranquility, hygiene and good vibes are just outstanding. The hard working staff is not to be overlooked. In addition, pricing is very reasonable. Good bang for your buck....
