Recently renovated, it boasts excellent amenities and is incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The crown jewel of this condo is undoubtedly its expansive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. Complete with lounge chairs, a large dining table, and a spacious sectional sofa, it provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. What makes this property truly unique is its prime location and orientation. Situated right on Kitebeach, with all the kite schools and restaurants just a stone's throw away, it's the only property in the area that also enjoys natural protection from the wind due to its unique shoreline orientation. This makes it an ideal choice for both kite enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil beach experience. Moreover, the condo is incredibly family-friendly with a warm community vibe. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from excellent and responsive communication to thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of local fruits, coffee filters, and a starter pack of toiletries.
