It was safe, clean and had 4 friendly dogs. The pool is amazing along with breakfast.

The room was very nice. Walls were rock and plaster- zero outside noise. Beds comfortable.

The staff was helpful and they always were fast to answer our questions.

Such a great location right on the beach and walking distance to a small town with grocery and liquor store. Staff were amazing, comfy beds and good cooking facilities. Nice bar to order drinks, massive pool, fast internet. Such a good vibe, I ended up staying 3 more nights than intended as I was having so much fun. Would highly recommend :)

we stayed 5 days and we visited with my family all of our favorites beaches around like los frailes, olon, montañita, ayangue. after spending the day on the beach, coming back to the hotel was super relaxing. our room had a super comfy bed and the view of our room was amazing. the staff is very kind and always hav a smile for u. the breakfast was always fresh and tasty. my daugther enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. beautiful place!!

This place is a hidden gem. The facility is so peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was really good, and the staff very attentive. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well in the facility, amazing individuals. Would 100% stay there again. The beach is 5 minutes away by car.

Location close to the beach and montañita too, decor, full kitchen, hot/cold water available to drink,fully equipped apartment, great communication with owners and staff, a/c.

This is a beautiful home with high bamboo ceilings, with comfortable beds, and in a very safe and quiet gated community with an excellent lap pool. The house has more amenities than many other properties: hammocks, a good array of kitchenware, a bbq (didn’t use it though), a cooler, outdoor furniture, good lighting, good AC, hot showers, enough drinking water to get through a night at least. One of the best things is that it backs onto undeveloped land. The birds and occasional monkeys calling! A beautiful way to wake up each day. We downloaded the Merlin app and used it to identify birds — the variety is remarkable. We even heard a rare cuckoo. Since the house is at the back of the community, you get plenty of quiet. You can hear the ocean faintly from the house. It’s about 1/4 mile to the community guarded gate; and only a 2 minute walk to two pools, one of which is long enough to do good laps. It’s closed and cleaned every Thursday I believe. The guards at the entrance are friendly and helpful. Ask them for the WhatsApps of the taxis and the water delivery. Walking to the beach in town is about 3/4 mile. At least one towel per person is provided — but bring more for the beach. Extra sheets and pillows are provided.

The location is perfect. In front of the La punta (for the surf)the crew that works there are very nice and helpful, the owner Jeff is super chill and kinde. It’s on the corner of the beach you far from noise of the city . Little peace of heaven. The room have air conditioning and tv . The bar / restaurant is on the beach . You have to come check it out. very well kept, sooo pretty and clean!

This is by far the best place we have stayed the last 4 months of traveling. The facilities are amazing! Big garden, big outdoor kitchen, beach access, supermarket across the street and only 5 min from town - but far enough to not hear the party noise. Ramon and Gloria are very sweet and helpful. We extended our stay with 3 extra days and didn’t want to leave.

The location was just outside of the beach hotels, shops and bars. It was quiet which is one of the must have feature I look for
