The location was incredible to see all the DDay sites, walk to Omaha, and less than 2 hours to Mont St. Michel. The house itself was lovely and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Host was very accommodating and reaponsive, needed a few larger towels and they arrived quickly. So grateful to have found such a lovely place for friends to gather! !

If you like different , you will love this. A wonderful old Rivermill , owned by a fabulous couple, in a French countryside setting only minutes from Omaha Beach. Ducks, chickens,sheep and an Alpaca even! The place is old and creaky, with a narrow staircase leading upstairs to a fantastic room to spend a few days in. We spent a couple of evenings chatting with Bernard and Maryanne ( hope I got spelling right) around the fire sharing tales of our travels with them. If you want five star accommodation don’t book this, but if you want a Five star experience then this is for you.
