Very well-maintained property, kind staff, at a very affordable price. Fantastic treatment, apartment was in a great shape, all kitchen appliances worked as they should. Bathroom was very spacious too. Felt right at home! We came with a car, and paid 10 EUR/day underground parking. It's rather small, but had enough spots. Private and secure. Tip: when you're arriving for the first time, leave a car somewhere on the road in front of the hotel (if you can, if not, drive around a bit, you'll find a temporary drop-off spot), quickly check in, and then drive into the garage. Location of the property is in a rather quiet neighborhood. You've got some stores nearby, nothing too special, but all you need during your stay. For washing clothes, use a laundromat (my recommendation 147 Rue Saint-Julien). For proper shopping, go to a mall.

Sheets were like cream, so soft. The shower and bath were hot. The towels were fresh and fluffy The spa/pool was amazing. The breakfast covered all bases.

There was enough space for our party of four. The owner left a Baguette and a bottle of apple juice for us. Owners live on the property in case there are any issues. The kids enjoyed all the toys in the yard.Rouen is a beautiful city.
