The receptionist was so friendly at check in. Bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, tea/coffee facilities etc. Great place.

Property is set in wonderful grounds just off the A14 which is very convenient. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. Special shout out to Samy who was great company and an excellent host.

Had a fantastic night here. I've been before but the place seemed to have been decorated since my last visit and the room was smarter with a lovely shower too. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast. The Jacuzzi was deliciously hot too!

This modern Golf & Spa Resort is set in 120 acres of parkland, located just off the A12 road, at the gateway to Suffolk’s Heritage Coastline and only 10 miles from Ipswich.
