The pool is truly incredible. All of the rooms are recently renovated. everything is clean and the staff were always able to answer my questions or provide extra service needed when asked.

Amazing stay just on the beach in Naxos. Nikki and the staff made everything possible to keep our stay memorable. Rooms are large and well equipped with a great view. Breakfast is amazing as well.

Clean and close to all beaches

Our experience at 18 Grapes was outstanding. The staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The location of the hotel to the beach and local restaurants and shops was perfect. The faciliaties were comfortable and beautiful with many thoughtful touches in the rooms and around the grounds. The hotel is very tasteful, quiet and relaxing. We would 100% return and recommend to our friends.

The staf at the bar are really friendly and helpfull the guy with the small blond beard and the women with the light brown/blond hair are just so friendly. I would give them a job if i had a hotel myself. They diserve a raise for their care and services.

Very nice, well-located hotel close to the airport, 15 mins from the port, and right by the beach. Having a car made exploring easier. Great breakfast, stunning views, and amazing pools. We had a great time and would return!

My room had amazing view and a great decoration. Comfortable bed and mattresses, pillows and fresh towels at the bathroom. The icing on the cake was the inviting bar and the truly fantastic breakfast. A stay here is like staying with friends who know how to make you feel special.

The location was close enough for groceries, restaurant and the beach.

The property was a hidden gem in naxos here are some of the best points * hotel is very accessible, you can easily take a bus ride from the port, make sure to tell the bus driver that you will go down at santana (in front of the mini grocery) instead of main agia anna station so you don’t have to walk lot, its not far but santana stop is the closest * staff specially Mr Paul was very accommodating and hospitable * just a fee minutes from the beach but not located in the main road so it was very peaceful at night * the property itself is very homey, i love that it has a garden in the pool area and lots of plants and trees compared to other properties within the area * pool is clean and has a section for the children * room is perfect for our group * breakfast at santana is perfect cause it is by the beach and the ambience is very relaxing

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely due to the outstanding service and cleanliness. Every day, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bed sheets and towels were changed daily, always smelling incredibly fresh. A special shoutout to the cleaning staff for their exceptional work! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always eager to help with a smile. They promptly addressed all of our requests and even welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The in-room kitchen was very functional, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare decent meals. The breakfast offered each morning was quite good, with a variety of options that changed daily, adding a bit of delightful surprise to each day. Super friendly staff, Katerina at the reception is the best, she gave us tips on sightseeing and dinner options, facilities feel like a 4* stay, very clean and well maintained, with a lovely pool. Easily accesible without a car with the local public bus running from the Naxos port. Breakfast organized at a nearby beach club with beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely go back again and recommend it to our friends and family!

Paris and Elizabeth welcomed us in an exceptional way. We felt really comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth is a great cook! Enjoy her homemade Bougatsa. Delicious 🥰

Everything was like on pictures and very clean thanks to the daily room service. Hosts offer very affordable transport from and to the port and explain where is what on the way. Pool was a great extra plus although we didn't use it since the beaches are only few minutes away and are gorgeous. There are a few supermarkets nearby. Town is far away (if you even need it. We had everything near the accomodation) but there are buses every half hour. All in all great value for the money

Sofia was very accommodating. The pool was a huge asset. Our kids enjoyed evening swims after days exploring, and enjoying the beach. Sofia picked us up/dropped is off at the airport - AND helped us line up a car rental with ease.
