Very well located - 10 min walk distance to the beach and restaurants of Limeni without the trouble of searching for parking spot. 5 min drive to Areopoli (largest village in the area). Positioned in a cool spot and surrounded by Peloponnese flora. Loved waking up to the chirps of the birds. Super clean pool area with great sunset views. Everything in the property is brand new with state of the art amenities, electronics and materials. I suggest this to both folks that like to dine out and folks that wanna to cook their fancy omelette with locally sourced eggs, olive oil and syglino.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The surrounding area was well-maintained and clean, with a nice parking space. There was a sense of quiet throughout all areas, helping you relax. The starry sky at night was magical. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. I like that there is a menu to order from instead of a buffet, because it helps prevent food food waste. Perfect location providing magical sunsets. Very nice spa area.

Everything! The Villa was fully self contained with a fabulous terrace and was huge. The pool area was lovely with an incredible view. Just a short walk down the hill to the village for swimming and dining. Host was exceptional and absolutely nothing was a problem.

Property is perfect, cured details, with amazing view and swimming pool. Very close to centre of Limeni. Mr. Johannes is very kind and helpful. Rooms are big, with cured details and romantic sunset from terrace. Glass of wine, table speaker for background music and good company. 💯

Everything was perfect. Johannes is a great host and it has been a wonderful time thanks to his kindness and reactivity. The little beach in the village is perfect for a quick swim and the infinity pool is just mind blowing, alongside with the view on the bay. The design of the place is well thought of and everything is perfect, even in the smallest details. We highly recommend.
