Perfect location. Quite comfortable. Good facilities. Not too crowded, even in high season. Nice and quiet FKK beach nearby. Perfect vacation.

The house was great! Very spacious, 2 bathrooms, extremely comfortable. The entire camping site is amazing, with a lot of parks and amusement sites for kids. There are also restaurants and supermarkets within the site (a bit more expensive) but everything is at arm’s length.

A wonderful resort! We spent the days lounging on the beach, our apartment had everything we needed and beautiful view of the ocean from our room and deck.

We had a really nice stay at Eden, the location is great for a leisurely stroll into city centre, and the food was really good too.

We love the new pools, the new beer garden and pekara that opened close to the mobile homes— love how well the property has been kept up and all the restaurants and local konzum!!

Best hotel for kids I have seen until now. Will return next year. The staff is also very nice, but the Branko at the entry is over the top. He is super nice and helpful.

Everything here is perfect. For families, kids. Most sanitary facilities are new and very comfortable.

That there are a lot of facilities you can use. It is close to Rovinj. It is very clean. It looks luxurious!

Room was perfect for what I needed! The room was spacious and clean. The property was beautiful and pool was very clean and inviting although I didn’t have time to go swimming. The place felt so peaceful! In fact I slept so good I didn’t even wake up until it was time to check out. Anna accommodated me to have enough time to get ready and pack up so thank you very much!! It was just so peaceful and relaxing is all I can say and she made a lovely breakfast for everyone too in case you want to have breakfast there for a reasonable price! Thank you again for everything and accommodating my late check out!! There were also lots of tables to sit at out by the pool! Loved my stay!! Debi from Texas

Everything was great and nice, but we had one problem... Schedule for boat leaving island Katarina to Rovinj was for 8.00 am, the boat came at 9.00 am - we had to wait for 1 hour on island... Beacuse of that we came in to traffic jam on highway... We were a bit angry...

Villa Z6 is a true luxury retreat. The location is excellent, with easy access to Rovinj Old Town, a grocery store just down the block, and a bakery two blocks away. The amenities reflect a high-end experience, comparable to a luxury hotel. The home appears recently renovated, featuring high ceilings, elegant drapery, and refined finishes throughout. The beds are outfitted with crisp white linens, complemented by high-quality white towels and thoughtful details like wooden hangers. The Miele coffee machine stands out—even for non-coffee drinkers. It may seem intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, it quickly becomes a highlight of the stay. Strongly recommended.

I couldn't have been happier with this hotel, and in fact we extended our stay by one day. The staff was very courteous, and the architecture of the property is extraordinary from all perspectives. Really a first class property.

Elvir and Jasmina were great hosts. They made an effort to build an oasis and they succeeded. Everything was so clean. Our room was big and well equiped. The area was quiet. Having the swimming pool was handy. There was a parking space for each room. The city center was near by.
