What a gem of a hotel. Its in the middle of downtown, yet super quiet. I celebrated the birthday of my partner there and the entire team was simply exceptional. They assisted me with a beautiful room setup to surprise him and went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Furthermore, the staff are top notch. Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and professionalism, from Maria ( thank you again :) ), who assisted us at check in, to the staff in the restaurant , spa, reception area… everyone was always simply amazing. If you think about a get away in the middle of Budapest or you want to surprise a loved one, dont think twice and book a stay in this hotel. The staff are exceptional and will make sure you ll have the most amazing stay.

Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Every moment spent in this hotel was worth remembering. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating . The building was great, the walls very isolated, no unwanted noise from anywhere, rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and had everything (except olives for some reason) It felt extremely relaxing to be in this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone considering this place.

The hotel and room design is great. The guest service was good, helpful, and friendly. Having a fitness center that is open all the time for the guest was good, and it was all prepared with towels and water to keep you hydrated :)! Location of the hotel is fairly good too, we had great time walking around the city from and back to the hotel. If you have a car, there is a vale service to park your car (with a fee for the parking per day) so this was helpful as well. Overall we had a great stay, thank you :)!
