Friendly, superb location, clean, value for money, great food.

Resort: We had a lovely stay at Bunaken overall, the facilities are great, the rooms were large, clean and had great A/C with excellent Wi-Fi. The resort is on the beach, and you can access great snorkelling sites from the sand (as long as it is high-tide) and the swimming pool is perfect for relaxing after a morning of diving and watching the stunning horizon. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The food was excellent for one of us, who enjoys eating fish, chicken, noodles and rice for breakfast. The other one would have preferred a greater selection of fresh food – more fruit options would be nice. Diving: We had a lovely time diving with PS Bunaken, all the equipment is brand new (some of it had never been used!) and they were very flexible, allowing us to dive an hour after arriving at the resort. Our DM, Ransley, found us an average of 4 turtles and 4 nudibranchs per dive, and paced the dives well. He also helped take some amazing pictures and videos for us. The diving overall was incredible, some of the best we’ve seen anywhere, and the coral and sea-life was overwhelming at times. The crew were excellent with sorting out all the equipment, they always had our equipment ready to go and would change all our tanks for us. It made diving very easy. Timothy was always very smiley and welcoming which was nice.

I am a repeat guest. I visited this place two years ago, and I had wish to come back to this place. After two years passed, they still kept the maintenance well and keep the places very clean. It is impressive to have nice hot shower and good wifi in this small island. I have tried different dive resorts in Indonesia but this dive resort is absolutely the best quality. It is easy access to Bunaken National Marine Park so you do not need to taxi a dive spot for a long time. Even if you do not dive, you will have a great experience with snorkeling. The guests who come to this resorts are also very approachable and friendly. If you are thinking to come to Bunaken, I highly recommend this place.

The Queens Villa is the pearl of North Sulawesi ! I’ll start with the food. You don’t eat at Queens Villa, you dine. The food is prepared from start to presentation by master chefs. They take great care and pride in their work and will always visit your table to be sure everything is excellent. They even take notice of what you don’t eat so they know what you like. Meals are served around the three tiered pool that is crisp and clean and no chlorine ! A beautiful water falls with soft lighting brings a soothing atmosphere. The property is always occupied by many artist always making wonder wood works, fountains and flora that feels like the garden of Eden. Dinners and evening are a great mix of international artist and travelers sometimes great conversations sometimes musicians playing guitars and drums, flutes and on occasion Karaoke singing! They have a complete network of drivers, guide and business people all around Sulawesi. If you don’t want to carry cash around the village and boats and on tours you can just tell them your hotel and they will send the bill to Medi and Julieanna. They can arrange any kind of tours and excursion tailored to your likes, so you don’t need to pay for packaged tours that you don’t want and at a great price. They are the only ATM on the island at this time which is really convenient. And the most important part for me is the dive shop. Local guides with eagle eyes and fantastic skills!!! Again, very wonderful prices and equipment. Indonesia in my opinion is the greatest dive sites on our planet right now and Bunaken is right up there with Raja Ampat and their reefs and dive sites are just minutes away on a boat. And for turtle lovers, this is by far the turtle haven of our planet bar none!!! My favorite by far!!!!!

We adored our time in Cocotinos, so much so that when a different part of our North Sulawesi trip fell through, we immediately went to book again at Cocotinos. The food is good and varied (Western, Indonesian, everything is well-made and available), the staff are sweet and polite and thoughtful, the dive shop and crew are solid, and the grounds + garden + pool + beach + rooms are all clean, in perfect shape, and welcoming.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a nice bed, bathroom, etc. Our hostess was great and attentive to everyone's needs. The reef right out in front has some fantastic coral. Our excursions were great and so many snorkeling and dive spots nearby. This area is a great value. They do a super job keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The food was good. I would come here again for sure.

Convenience location on Bunaken Island. Easy access to beaches, mangroves and coral reefs.

We were able to enjoy a tremendous time at Bobocha Siladen. The resort lays perfectly on the beach, the food is exceptional and the staff very friendly and eager to actively support wherever they can. The coral reef directly in front of the resort is optimal for snorkeling and we were able to go scuba diving organized by the resort team - it was absolutely magnificent (and can definitely keep up with the most beautiful dive spots around the world). The whole resort is very well managed with all the attention on making it an unforgettable experience for the customer. Thank you to Lilly and the enitre staff for their passion in hosting us.
