We stayed in Luansa Klui Hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Indonesia! Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved it. The staff really cares about their guests and everyone is really kind and helpful, this is what makes the difference, thank you all guys! We got breakfast there and the pancakes were amazing! We even tried their laundry service and it was perfect, we brought our laundry in the morning and in the afternoon everything was already freshly cleaned. We would return and recommend it!

Beautiful place (don't let the outside fool you) good location near ATMs, shops, restaurants, beach. Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable beds. AC. Large bathroom. TV. Swimming pool. Amazing staff. Lovely breakfast. Cute cat. The lady on the front desk was so helpful, friendly and lovely.

Such wonderful staff. Lovely grounds and huge pool. ..Mr Isin was wonderful to everyone around the pool and respectfully helped keep naughty children in line. The young barista made the best coffee ever at breakfast...well done young man. Endy did a fine job keeping our room clean each day Lots of lovely breakfast choices. All staff had smiling friendly faces. Being seranaded by a piano player each morning at breakfast was lovely ..a talented man who doesn't read music and was self taught! And the room upgrade was wonderful..thank you

Breakfast was traditional with egg of choice, toast and homemade jams (pineapple or papaya) and peanut butter, fried rice and fried noodles, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, juice, and either make your own gado gado, or salad. Staff was always helpful and went above and beyond! I extended my stay by 11 days I liked it here so much. Pool was cleaned every morning and had plenty of beach loungers. Room was cleaned daily, a kettle is provided and coffee tea and 1.5L water bottle was replenished daily. The landscaping is well maintained with beautiful colors of flowers and while I stayed in a lower level room (124) the view was spectacular with the sunset over the sea every night. Having many options of food at the restaurant was a bonus esp on evenings you just want to stay in. The pizza is very good, as is the fish and chips for when you want to break away from the traditional dishes. The pan seared traditional fish was divine with a perfect amount of spice (heat), though I felt it a little overcooked. Great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional. One of the best resort experiences I've ever had. Just gorgeous. Excellent taste in art. Sleek, contemporary lines. Nails it at every turn. Truly luxurious. Well done!

Very nice hotel with a very good restaurant and pool!

This is a really great value for money place to stay in Senggigi. We had room number 5 and it was a truly amazing sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ody and Sup. The room is clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again.

Hands down one of the best properties that we stayed in . The staff was very nice and welcoming specially Habibi very nice guy who help us a lot with recommendations and getting things done The view from the room and terrace is amazing during the day and sunset time The bed was super comfy and the room and the bathroom was great . Booked for 3 days and stayed for more than 10 days in this beautiful beautiful gem in Lombok

The location is near to Senggigi beach . The direct access to the beach was wonderful . The ladies who stayed with us 8 hours a day was very helpful and attending and they prepared us very delicious breakfast and juices every day ! The villa itself was very spacious and clean We Loved everything

Huge beautiful house surrounded by jungle and spectacular views. We appreciated the warmth of the host and helpful staff, and the peacefulness of nature. Will definitely come back here again

This place is paradise... Warm welcome and nothing was a problem. The sands had everything we could ask for and more. It's a great place for a base, if you want to do a little or a lot. The owners matt and ange has all the info from the best places to dine, activities to do and local recommendations. Their staff are also lovely and super helpful.

DONT COME TO THIS VILLA!! THE TRACK IS SO DANGEROUS AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO COME WITH YOUR CAR, BECAUSE THE TRACK IS TOO HIGH AND SMALL!! NEVER TRY TO ORDER TO THIS VILLA BECAUSE HE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER! LISTEN TO ME AND YOU WILL THANKS ME LATER!

Everything! I’d come back to Lombok just for the villa! Hosts are amazing. It’s in a quiet part of town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and still close to everything in Senggigi. We stayed in Villa 3 (3 couples) and it was the perfect size.
