The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Their service was one of the highlights of my experience. The dining options exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. absolutely amazing place! The apartment is stunning — sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and everything is brand new. It truly feels like a dream home, and the reality is even better than the photos The large, well-maintained garden and the big heated pool (31°C!) were an incredible bonus. The cozy enclosed sun balcony made the winter stay warm and enjoyable The host was exceptional — so kind and thoughtful. He personally came to check on us and surprised us with wine and chocolate, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from everything in Downtown, yet peaceful and relaxing Everything about this stay was perfect. We will absolutely be back, next time with our children — there is much more space than described. Highly, highly recommended
