The owner! She was absolutely the best. Super kind, helped us shape both of our trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre in the best possible way. We saw so much we did not initially plan. Also, she gave us a better room because it was available. And the day after we checked out, we had left our car in a parking lot on the train station and spent the whole day in Cinque Terre. We came back late, the parking was locked and we could not get our car out. She helped us out by calling people she knew and when that didn’t work, she offered to accommodate us for one more night free of charge. At the end we managed to get our car out, but we will forever remember her kindness and generosity.

The spa facilities were nothing short of magnificent. The Turkish baths, sauna, cold water bucket dip, and hot tub provided a rejuvenating experience that left us feeling refreshed and pampered. The restaurant, with its jaw-dropping views, served fresh and delicious food that tantalized our taste buds. Our waiter, Philippo, provided impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.
