Amazing hotel, great people, perfect stay!

The staff was always very welcoming with us - a big thank you for the lady at the reception for always being helpful with us. The location is at <10mins walk from the cable car, and close to a lot of restaurants. Big parking available if needed, and a very ski room with heaters for the boots. The rooms are big, clean, and quiet.

Very well located to explore the Dolomites. Everything functions well. The staff was very friendly. It was great to have some free hikes organized. The guide Giampaolo was exceptional, always available for suggestions. The food was generally very various and very good. All the restaurant staff was impeccable.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Dinners were amazing, the food very varied with lots of vegetarian options. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Front desk also very helpful.

Great breakfast, nice and big room. Great sauna and pool to enjoy after skiing. Great value for money.

The hotel is newly renovated with the local character not being lost. Breakfast quality is excellent. The sauna was a godsent after the day of hiking (closes at 7 pm). It's in a small town and this is exactly the experience we were looking for. Loved it.

Very good stay for skiing with family. Nice pool and spa in the hotel. Location is excellent in the center of the city. Heated ski box next to garage is the best.

We absolutely adored the property! Our little mobile house was set up perfectly, the views all around were perfect and inspiring, loved the spa, loved the on-site grocery and restaurant. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

The Hospitality of Max and Chiara was amazing, such welcoming people that make your stay feel like you are at home, they are at your disposal whenever u need them, amazing and caring people. The facilities were amazing the sauna the pool very clean also the rooms and the cleaning staff were top notch. There was a ski room which I loved where u had your own locker so u could leave your ski or snowboard shoes to dry also a ski service bench with everything that you need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone may they be a couple or a family.

Position of the hotel, near skibuss, near ski slope, excellent wellness and Spa, bedrooms spacious.

The hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to please. Dinner at the hotel was very nice and afternoon tea was a nice surprise.
