Incredible little place, it's as if you're staying with an distant Italian relative you didn't know you had. Because that's how you're treated here. Like an extension of the family. Something I have not experienced in a very long time staying at different places. And that's what makes the stay unique. Because you feel like you get to experience a part of the community of cinque terre. Even though our extended family did not speak a single word of English. Kindness transcends all languages.

Everything! The grounds were immaculately kept. The rooms were spotless. Nothing was too much trouble. Free shuttle service. Breakfast was made fresh as you ordered and fast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.
