The owner Mr. Damion Murray is excellent with communication about anything you are in need of he's on point with all his Operations staffs Ms. Meek, Ms. King and Ms. B, Mr. Clarke the kitchen manager and all the security officers, ground staff this property is the best place to relax. Breakfast included the food is freshly cooked and wholesome, pool is perfect for the weather. The property is very clean and any thing you need the staffs is there before you ask. The property is beautiful with flowers 🌺 you can take a stroll early morning walk if choose to do so, there is a supermarket, ice cream 🍨 🍦 shop freshly made, pizza 🍕 shop, ect, the Beach ⛱️ 🏖️ is a stone 🪨 throw away rain 🌧️☔ which is nature most of my stay There are so many good things to say about the staff and property the rest is for you to come and experience. Can't wait to read your reviews. I depend on your review this is how I stayed there. Felt like staff was always there if I needed anything. LOVED the layout of the place. Every room felt secluded.

However over all this was my first experience at sandals and it was a wonderful one at that. the property was amazing. the staff was always warm and helpful. i would like to mention some persons who made my stay extra special. Andrew the piano player Kemoy My taxi driver who picked us up from the airport. I will be back at another sandals in the near future.

The place was very nice and cozy. A home away from home. I went with my family and we all enjoyed our stay. Charmaine was a fantastic host. My mom actually thought we were friends with how nice Charmaine is. Charmaine made me feel welcome from the moment I booked even after the trip was over. She has wonderful vibes, friendly, and she takes pride in what she does. I will definitely stay with her again.

Loved the little private cove. Host was friendly and accommodating. Pool and surrounding areas were all very clean. Great for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

The property was super clean and well decorated! I felt right at home. It was in a private, quiet area that felt very safe. We had the pool and sea cove to ourselves the whole time! Location was a close drive to Ocho Rios and other fun activities like Dunn’s River. Jordan was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive in answering our questions and giving us recommendations and where to eat, visit, and any other questions we had. I stayed with my boyfriend so we had a lot of space - a larger family would definitely fit there comfortably.

The host provided an incredibly warm welcome, making the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was superb—cute, neat, and unique. However, the real highlight is the breathtaking view. Positioned right on the Caribbean Sea, the scenery is unmatched and offers pure tranquility. This place is absolutely a must-visit. I will always recommend it, and whenever I stay in Tower Isle, this will be my only choice for accommodation.
