What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Rami also went the extra mile with small gestures that made a big difference — from helping us wrap our scarves perfectly for the desert wind to making sure we always felt comfortable and cared for. Every request was met with a smile and handled right away. Thanks to Rami, our stay at Al Sultana Luxury Camp was smooth, memorable, and full of warmth.
