Beautiful place to stay! All the facilities I tried were wonderful. The outdoor pool was a highlight. The room was spacious and people came in to set up my futon on my first night.
The restaurant was very considerate and the vegetarian options provided were delicious. For breakfast - the fresh chocolate croissants were my favourite!

This was the most wonderful of the places we stayed in Japan, all of which where exceptional. The food is well prepared, varied and brilliant. The room was perfectly appointed. We stayed in the suit so it was particulally nice. The indoor baths where our favourates, piping hot with some great views. The service was exceptional, the staff where very kind and accomodating of our (very) out of practice Japanese. I would recommend this place happily to anyone wanting to get away, unwind and enjoy hot water and good food.

Excellent indoor and outdoor onsen facilities. Had breakfast and dinner and both were amazing. Very friendly staff that are egaer to help you. Hotel is by a river so it is a real joy to use the outdoor onsen. Only stayed 1 night but if back in Japan
I would definitely stay again.
