The most beautiful stay - the room was stunning, the hotel grounds are gorgeous (especially in autumn!) and they catered to our dietary requirements with a delicious vegetarian breakfast. The private onsen was such a treat too. The hotel is just a short walk to the gorgeous snow monkeys too which was so much fun. The staff are truly so welcoming. Make sure you buy a delicious, big apple from the sweet man selling fruit in the lobby some mornings!!!!!

This was the nicest hotel room we stayed in across Japan (we stayed at 6 hotels and various other apartments, homes, and condos). Everything was updated and the layout was exceptional. The staff was kind enough to facilitate getting us a tee time at the onsite golf course. It was an amazingly beautiful course.

We stayed in cabins, it was good and specious..But was not cleaned properly.. These are away from the main hotel, so it's a distance to walk..I believe they provide transportation to come to main building, but I didn't use it as we had our bikes..They have a natural onsen but indoor which you need to pay extra, it in the main building. It was a good experience..I was expecting an outdoor like the picture shown, but couldn't find it..
