It’s a great hotel with great location, adjacent to a supermarket. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The airport drop off is also well organized with reasonable price. Would recommend to travelers to Kisumu for business or leisure.

Customer service was the best we’ve had in East Africa, and we travel often! The facilities were fantastic, room service was frequent, chef was awesome and communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. As of Jan 2024, the drive to Prime Nomads seems a bit rocky and out of the way, and when you arrive you can see a tall building that is being worked on… the rooms are behind the tall building so don’t let the roads there or the tall incomplete building confuse you. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

The food was fully cooked . They also offer alcohol beverages many different brands Very cool air conditioning in the room. The front desk check in was easy I was treated like family each day.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. I liked that they had bed nets. The elevator was fast. Wifi worked very well and was secure, which was good for working.
