The hotel staff are wonderful, dedicated to serving and delighting guests and fulfilling all their requests. Despite the large size and high occupancy of the hotel, the staff at reception, in the restaurant, and in the cafes, though few in number compared to the guests, work tirelessly to ensure everyone's satisfaction. The resort also features a large amusement park that guests can enter for free, making it a favorite destination for many residents of Kazakhstan to enjoy its services. We truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort, so thank you to all the staff who made our stay even more enjoyable

Good breakfast for short stay. We had been here 8 nights after 3-4 I wanted more variants but breakfast really good in general. Friendly stuff who are ready to solve your problem and provide your answers/response asap. Good location. You can start you embankment jornee from the hotel!
