Luxor kirindi ella resort is a beautifully designed hotel -stylish, thoughtfully decorated, and visually impressive. The room facilities were also great. On the bright side,great value for money.isuru and all the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming.The food was fresh and tasty.the food was exceptional-both breakfast and dinner were à la carte, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would rate the kitchen a solid 10/10. The staff were also kind and helpful.

Wish there was breakfast. We were told we could get a western breakfast and for 3500.00 each. That was just too much and we did have a very nice breakfast outside for much less.

The view was calm and very relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The suite is spacious and gives good privacy, which is great for couples. The private pool was also a nice highlight and we really enjoyed spending time there. The staff were very kind and very helpful our stay. The chef’s food was delicious, especially the local dishes. We highly recommend trying the kottu.. it was really good! Overall, it was a memorable stay. A great place to relax, enjoy good food, and beautiful views in Sri Lanka.

The facility is well maintained with amazing mountain view. Lots of activities to do. The cooking class is highly recommended. Very friendly staff.

The location is quite remote but stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The gardens and grounds are well maintained and the view of the mountains change minute by minute due to the weather and clouds. The staff is ready to answer any question and provide anything you wish. Take a tour of the tea factory, it’s short but informative!

The view and surroundings are incredible. If you want to wind down and visit the mountains of Sri Lanka you must stay here!

Calm place.. Specially Friendly Staff There.Better Than Expected

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! From the warm welcome to the beautifully clean and well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. The peaceful and quiet surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, making our experience even more special. One of the highlights was definitely the natural spring water swimming pool. It felt like a true oasis, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. The refreshing swim in crystal-clear water was a unique experience we truly cherished. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We’re truly grateful for the memorable experience and can’t wait to return.

Wow… the views from this hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff are so kind and friendly. They offer a tuk tuk service into town and back via WhatsApp. The breakfast was served on our balcony and was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch here and the food was the best we had in Sri Lanka so far. They catered to our dietary requirements too. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a tranquil, peaceful stay. The pool was amazing with stunning views - so cold and refreshing just what you needed in the heat! The room was a great size with nice bathroom. We wished we could stay longer

Clean and nice hotel space. Our room had a balcony with a good view. The pool at the rooftop has amazing view. They serve goood breakfast and the staff is very kind and always ready to help.

Amazing views from the hotel and the staff was very hospitable

The place is amazing. The cottage has a lovely pool which is super nice after a long day or just spend the day there and rest. The rooms are bigger than mentioned and there is a fridge as well. The staff is extremely nice ans helpful, they can help with transportation to the center and back to the hotel if you wish. They also welcomed us with a kind message and congratulated us for our wedding anniversary, which was very thoughtful 😊

I had a great experience at The Pinnacle Ella. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.
