Sigiriya Elephant Villa is truly an exceptional place to stay! It completely exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared — every meal felt like a taste of true Sri Lankan hospitality. The customer service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more special. I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend Sigiriya Elephant Villa to anyone looking for the best place to stay in the area!

Beautiful, peaceful place. Obviously outside of town but we knew that when booking. Staff can book you a tuktuk ride into town or to the hikes if you need it. Lots of wildlife near by. Clean and comfy rooms. Food was good too! Staff went above & beyond to make our experience there great.

This was my second time staying, and it once again delivered a comfortable and reliable experience. The staff were just as welcoming and efficient, and the room remained clean and well-maintained. It’s great to see consistency in service and quality. Looking forward to returning again.

We loved our stay at the Cloudz. Everything was perfect: a nice cosy place to rest, a great pool, very friendly and helpful staff, all the food we tried was delicious. We highly recommend this place!

It is not easy to find — there is only a small sign on the main street, and it’s visible only if you are driving from one direction. The cottages are very spacious, and the small pools are clean and refreshing. The owner is very nice and helpful. We really liked the place.

Staff is kind. Overall decent stay

Nimal the property manager and his staff were great during our stay, and overall, we felt very taken care of. When we had trouble getting a tuk tuk via pickme/uber to get around, Nimal would help us get that sorted. No matter how late we got back, they'd always have someone waiting for us in the main concierge area to make sure everything's ok and get our breakfast order. When Nimal learned we were traveling to Ella on the day of checkout, he informed the kitchen staff and prepare a snack (delicious AND amazingly packaged sandwiches and bananas) and water for our travel. We'd stay here again!

This place is just stunning. You’ll get more of what you see in the pictures. The level of service is outstanding. Consider that to reach the place you need to call them to send you a tuktuk because the roads are a bit bumpy and cars cannot reach easily. The food was amazing and generous. The bedroom tidy and with AC. The best part is they welcome you with cold towels and watermelon juice.

Love that they have lots of free activities and they will arrange all the activities for you. It’s really sweet that they memorize the names of each guests. Every night they have family dinner which is really nice. Each staff will always check on you and make sure you get everything you need. I really love this place and will definitely book here again.
