Super convenient for the airport, extremely clean, very stylish and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Mr Dinesh is so welcoming and accommodating and can easily organise airport pick up. Our flight ran very late so we booked an uber which cost about £11, so very resonable.

We loved everything about this place. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms were very comfortable that we wanted to stay more in the rooms than go out. The Family Beach Villa is located in very quiet neighborhood just between the airport and busy Colombo. So it is perfect place to start or finish your trip. The host family is very friendly and welcoming. Ashan always makes sure everyone is fine and helps to organize your next trip. The beach is not suitable for swimming but Villa has lovely swimming pool. There are couple of nice restaurants around. I will definitely be staying there at the end of my trip. I recommend this place if you are looking for easy quiet time, good for single travelers as for families with little kids.

An amiable and helpful gentleman, Joseph, provided us with everything that we could ask for and We had an enjoyable time with stunning views all around. There are restaurants groceries lovely Sri Lankan, rice and curry, but most of all a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in this area. I would recommend it for anybody who wishes a short stay or for the long hall since taxis are also very easy to come by. Best of all no mosquitoes!

If you are traveling on a budget this little hotel is perfect. It’s only 30 minutes by car to the capital Columbo and 30 minutes to the airport. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food is plentiful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the AC was very much welcomed in the hot days! Marcus, the pool attendant, was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.
