Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and responsive to one's needs. The WhatsApp is used to communicate with the Hotel Staff for any questions or housekeeping needs. It was very convenient. It has a nice size pool, patio, terrace, and a commune kitchen. Also, it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

This location was a spectacular find. Our hostess Zoila was attentive, kind and very responsive. The property is very secure, beautifully laid out for maximum privacy, and the pool and common areas are pleasant and inviting. We stayed in the penthouse, on the third floor, and had a magnificent view of the volcanoes from the adjoining terrace. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker upstairs, but if we wanted more in terms of kitchen, there was a full one on the ground level. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

The hotel was great, old building remade to the hotel. We had no coffee station first but the brought it after the reminder. The location is great. Quiet and pleasant place. Breakfast was great. The location is very centric

Everything about this property was beautiful. Yes it’s a bit distanced from downtown, BUT it has everything you could ever need. To begin with, James is an excellent host, was very welcoming and offered a little tour of the place before handing us the key. Right below this property is his restaurant that consists of a great tasty menu and onsite bar for delicious drinks and local artisan beers as well. Room was clean and comfortable and the ambience was great!

This hotel is located 98 feet from Colima Cathedral. Set in a 19th century historical listed building, it offers a free airport shuttle, an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and a gym.
