I liked everything more especially the comfort of the mattress.

Clean, modern, well designed. Great breakfast.

The new room makes a lot of sense, and the wifi now works better. I really enjoy the upgrade, and the meal in this location is good, just that the chef needs to do better on the goat meat.

Ambience, hospitality, room settings , d breakfast..all exceeded my expectations.

The experience was smooth; reception was calm and welcoming, the airport pick-up and drop-off were well arranged, and breakfast was satisfying. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Receptionist on duty (DIANA)when I arrived was very professional , incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, very comfortable and customer service was topnotch. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with a serene pool area and the staff in general were friendly with great altitude. I will highly recommend PRESKEN HOTEL RESIDENCE to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ikeja Lagos.

The stay was cool and the staff did their best to see that things goes right, but my few suggestion is that staff should do better in having broad understanding about the hotel menu.But over all all went well.

the spacious room and well planned, Had a table for reading and an extra table with chairs for eating. The bathroom was also spacious and neat.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The facility was really clean, bed quite comfortable

Friendly staffs, good food etc

This is not a customer's review, this is an appreciation from a satisfied customer. I checked into Presken hotels at Mojidi Street last night so as to be close to the venue of a meeting I have with some clients . I hurriedly left in the early hours of today because I was almost late. In my rush, I had unknowingly lost an envelope that contains my essential documents and some huge amount of money. I reluctantly went back to the hotel not very sure I would recover the items because I wasn't too sure where the items were misplaced. I went straight to the room and I didn't find the items, then I came back to the reception where I was told that the CSO, one Mr.Michael ugochukwu had found the items on the walkway and had submitted it. I was too impressed when I counted the money and everything was complete and intact. I was too happy. The most impressive act was when I gave him some money just to express my gratitude and the young man turned it down and said "thank you sir, but I was only doing my job, besides I get paid very well for my job" I was over impressed with everything about the hotel and it's staff. The hot water was perfect,the air conditioning was in perfect condition too,I liked the facility and i will definitely go back there if i have to
