Compact place for a one night stay

Property was clean, beds werw super comfortable i slept on the king in the 3 bedroom... Kids loved it, everything we needwd to cook food, from salt and pepper... and a fww beverages inside the fridge (a very warm welcome), thiswent down a treat with my little family.

The property was very nice and clean. It’s not huge but has everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely rebook if we go to Nelson again.

New, clean, modern with its own enclosed area.

We loved staying at Country Retreats on Ranzau while exploring the Nelson and Abel Tasman area. The house is perfectly set up with three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry, and an open kitchen/dining/living space in the middle. Everything was new and worked well! We didn't make use of the pool, but it would be great in the summertime.

Very private. Lovely accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Bonus having a lovely outside area to sit in with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Complimentary Chocolates and Biscuits and Drink was very much appreciated

Beautiful spot to either relax and refresh, or use as a base to explore the area. Lovely cottage with nice touches as well as a super comfy bed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although we were on a busy road, we didn’t hear traffic noise. The pool looked inviting though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The motel backed up to a soccer field and the great taste trail which gave us a lovely morning walk. The manager provided us with fresh milk for our coffee in the morning.

A lot of care was put into making the little apartment homey, well designed, super clean, very functional and pleasant for visitors. We liked the style of the place, the colors, the various seating options including the patio. Hosts were super nice and helpful and very much made us feel welcome. The location is definitely off the beaten path in a mixed agricultural and light commercial area. However it was not more than 15 minutes to the center of Nelson and very easy to access Abel Tasman National Park, Motueke, and many great wineries. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, host, decor, spa, and a clean space! Easy walks to grocery store and restaurants. Loved it!
