Traveled to Tarapoto n our stay at Apu Samay was amazing, clean, friendly people (all the staff including Luna 🐕😊) They are expanding with focus on nature and community. Cherry on top …best food we ate in Tarapoto, thank u and hope we’ll go back.

Thue pool is beatifuel and clean

The book is in the middle of the jungle that was amazing. I had a good times with my wife with us our anniversary in this resort so I recommend 100%.

The location was great! Away from the city. We basically had the place to ourselves expect for on the weekend. It was cool in the evenings. My kids loved the pool and playing in the river. My kids asked us to stay an additional day because they were enjoying it so much.

It was ok for the price. The breakfast was not great and there was hair in the shower when we got there. But the beds were clean, there was air conditioning and it was close to lots of things. It worked fine for one night

Good and friendly staff, specially Daniel who helped all the time answering all questions we have, solve all the problem and requires we have. Recommended 100 percent.

Wery friendly stuff and very good location. the breakfast was very friendly and supportive. I had special request for breakfast and they made all come true. 3 vegetarian vegan restaurants right around the corner.

Nice location for a great price in Tarapoto. I stayed for two nights. Wifi was good and the fan in the room kept me cool.

The hotel is located two blocks away from the main square and a lot of shops. The staff in the restaurant was super polite. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean, organize and a lobby within each floor. Air-conditioned work really well, the room was noise proof. So you can sleep and jave a great rest.

The personal very well educated and ready to attend and smiling all the time. The cook of the restaurant of hotel was very good.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Big room. Good air conditioning. People in Tarapoto are super nice, friendly and helpful.
