Clean, easy check in, AC on upon arrival, snacks and some cold drinks ready for weary travelers, soft cosy music on. Really feels like the appartment was prepared for the guests. Very professional.

everything was good and the staff were really kind and accomodating to us. also the ambiance and the cleanliness is really good. No hassle in parking as well. No hassle in check in nor check out and a very accessible to the mall as well.

The hotel was just recently renovated. Everything inside the room was changed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft to my liking. Their breakfast buffet had decent choices from filipino dishes to international dishes. Most importantly, the staffs were all friendly, full of smiles, and courteous.

The room was excellent, breakfast was sumptous plus a great location. I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely book agan if ever I will be back in Davao.

The room was pristine! It smelt so good, and everything was almost complete. We especially appreciated the water dispenser they put in the unit.

The owner is very hands-on and flexible with our needs. He was also very considerate and understanding when I mistakenly calculated the move-out date. The room is fully furnished and clean.

Modern Aesthetics: The studio boasts a chic and minimalist design, creating a relaxing ambiance. Equipped with essential amenities like a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed, it caters well to both short and extended stays.

The location was perfect. It was not far from the airport. Very near to 2-3 malls. Grab Delivery is not a problem since it is near restaurants and convenience stores. Security-wise, it was safe since the establishment had guards who were also respectful. - Everything was clean, and all necessities were available. You don't have to bring an extension cord; they will provide one or two. - The toilet was clean, and the heater worked perfectly. It had a bidet, and the water was strong. - The Ref also worked properly. - The place is spacious. You can cook your lunch/dinner if you like. Kitchenware is complete. - Minimal noise when you stay there. It's a good place to have a very good sleep. The aircon works perfectly. It can get cold (which is good). - Provided 2 electric fans (both work perfectly) - Forget your slippers? They also provide that in the establishment. - Clean white towels are provided. But if you're going to stay for more than a week, advisable to bring your own towels. - Pricing was understandable and affordable. It's better to rent here than a hotel with just a small space with no ref and other amenities. - Internet was also strong. Clocked it at around 150mbps. So if you're working from "home", this will be perfect. - Entertainment: Big smart TV. Free Netflix and TCL channels. - Transportation: Calling a taxi or Grabcar is not a problem.
