Very nice apartment, well designed and equipped, clean and comfortable spa just next door. The service is very customer friendly and flexible - we could make an upgrade and change our apartment to a bigger one. Before decision we could even have a look at different apartments.

The unusual cleanliness, the flexible and accommodating personnel. Hotel Polaris offers a very varied selection for its excellent breakfast.The hotel, actually too a Spa, had a salt grotto, a heated swimming pool and an ala carte restaurant.Polaris' location ideal to beach, it's beautiful Promenade 😍 Excellent direct Bus connection to the PKP trains station.Poland offers all above age 65 large reductions in prices to travel including their PKP ICC service,which is eons better than the DB.It has a fine dining card with everything freshly prepared.All on all, life in Polska has qualities far above most EU countries.

The location was perfect, 5 min from the beach and near a lot of restaurants and supermarkets.The staff is super nice. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is very complete. I really enjoyed staying there.

Very clean and well furnished. Travel cot for kids have additional mattresses and bedding.

Breakfast was amazing, friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfy. Temperature is just right with Balcony. Kudos to all Philippine Staff, gives you a good vibe. Will recommend this place.

Awesome location, 4-minute walk to the beach. Less busy area at the end of the promenade. Very good breakfasts. Spacious rooms. Saunas are a big plus, especially if you stay there in winter

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort. The large pool area, complete with dry and wet saunas, was perfect for relaxation. The spa services were excellent, though I recommend booking in advance. It was also convenient to have a hairdresser on-site. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay! Special thanks to the chef who prepared a delicious omelet packed with chilies just as I requested. The breakfast area was thoughtfully equipped with a juicer for fresh apple and carrot juice, along with an assortment of smoothies. Evenings were lively with live music and dancing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The 7th floor offered stunning panoramic views of the area. A unique feature of this hotel is its craft brewery, which produces its own beer—a must-try for any guest! Overall, an exceptional experience with thoughtful amenities and excellent service. I highly recommend it!

Sauna and swimming pool and breakfast buffet

I liked the hotel very much. 1. Good location, 20 min walk to center, 5 min to promenade, 10 min to the beach. 2. Rich breakfast 3. Warm, clean 4. The staff was helpful everytime I needed something, also polite, friendly and doing their job good. 5.very quiet in the night, no cars noise. 6. Little cute spa area: pool with wihrpool, sauna, infrared and salt grote. 7. Free water Bonus: try the food from the restaurant for lunch or dinner, really really good cook they have. For me it was the food in this hotel much better and cheaper than the other restaurants I tried in Swinemünde..
