I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel. The level of personal attention and care was the best I’ve experienced. They helped with everything from accommodating us with dinner for a very late check-in, to helping us decide itinerary adjustments and dinner recommendations in Sibiu. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is exceptional. They have all the little touches like lotion, shampoo , conditioner, body gel and more that just elevate your experience. I did not buy, but cook breakfast at the kitchen and eat at the restaurant. It was an exceptionally fantastic experience. I was allowed to use all the kitchen facilities.
