The breakfast was good and the location was great

Having two bathrooms was a luxury. the kitchen was very well equipped and there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment was in excellent condition with granite countertops, beautiful stone floors and showers. Location was great, a short distance from Marigot and the airport. The lagoon beach is pretty and very close. The pool was very nice. There is a small market, a very nice bakery and two good restaurants very close - walking distance. Everything is very comfortable and in very good condition and very clean! Laurene gave us excellent information and directions and responded very quickly to our questions.

Location is very good, walking distance from Maho Beach and Maho Village, also from Mullet Bay. Instructions was given in a very clear and timely way. Everything was very clean and usable at the apartment. Definitely a very good place to stay.

The quietness was acceptionally wonderfull. The ocean view was breath taking and entising. Talk about being vacay ready, the beach bar condos is ready to accept you solo, couple up or family times, they provide special services as well as Netflix, Disney + and so mich more accomodations, my time was well spent and will do it again

Great location right by the famous airport beach. Great beach, great restaurants, walk about 2 blocks to the best market in town with great coffee. The unit is basic but nice. Great value.

Loved that i could walk to the airport, to the beach, places to eat, all without having to pay for transportation!

Close proximity to airport, car rental companies, restaurants, grocery store, and beaches. Place is extremely clean and organized. Great communication and support from host. For those wondering about noise pollution from the planes, I believe the plane schedule slows down around 18:00, but we were never back at the hotel before then, so we never had issues with plane noise. Hotel had everything you need and lots of free parking.

I loved how clean and modern it was. VERY VERY Comfortable and Convenient location. Definitely will be Back! 10/10

Location, cleanliness and size

I liked listening to the sound of the sea while I was in bed... and looking at the starry sky... It was like a dream....

The view, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony was great. Also the shower was amazing.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the bed didn't sqeak.
