Large and very comfortable room were provided for all of us, as we are 8 guests. Very nice concept on the design of the reception, lobby and restaurants. Simple breakfast yet fulfilling. Staff at the reception and restaurant were very nice.

The staff was super friendly. It’s super convenient that they have a bar and kitchen. I did not take advantage of the food but as I passed by it smelled good and it seems though many people were eating. Convenient at 7-11 is right next-door. Also laundry company is attached to the building at the bottom, my whole suitcase was dirty I dropped it off came back in a few hours and they charged me ฿200 to wash and fold .

Lovely hotel, great value for money, clean, fabulous staff.

The staff were very friendly, spoke well English and very accommodating when asking for assistance. The room was clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, our balcony overlooking nice residential areas. The price was quite good for Bangkok location, we did some comparisons and were satisfied overall especially considering we had a flight at BKK the day after. We ordered food from local food app and the staff were able to coordinate with our room by hotel phone. The restaurant was exceptional; some of the best Thai food I have tried, even asked the chef for his recipe of spicy chili pork. Would recommend to stay here.

The Hotel is at the heart of the city but offer a quiet and peaceful environment to the guests, rooms are bigger than most of the other hotels, hotel management are very friendly.

The room was impeccable and bed was very comfy

We reached the most beautiful, huge house from the airport by taxi. We were treated like family, trust, love and care. All of our wishes were met with a smile! Self made food was incredible. Our daughter fell in love with our hosts and didn't want to leave (and honestly so did we) room was huge, dressing room included, private shower, fantastic pool, tidy and clean and the nicest loveliest hosts! We have a new part to our family and we'll be back for sure!

It was a lovely, quiet spot. The building is modern and clean, as was the room. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property owner was kind and responsive. The room was nice and cool, with a fan and a good air conditioner. Though I didn't really use it, the kitchen was well-equipped. It was a wonderful place to relax, with almost no street noise, and peaceful neighbors. I would highly-recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Bangkok.

The property appears to be family-owned and is exceptionally well-maintained, offering a rustic charm with wooden statues and figurines, especially in the main lobby. It features a gym and a common area with a large wooden table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. Located about 35 minutes (traffic permitting) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the property is somewhat distant from many of Bangkok’s main tourist attractions and is quiet, ideal if you want to a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it’s a great choice for large groups or families, as you can easily split transportation costs. It’s under 15 minutes from Chatuchak and Bangsue Junction, making it ideal if you plan to explore that area. Walking distance to some local eateries and cafes as well, and we're lucky to catch a flea market pop up a few steps away on our last day! The hosts and staff are also very, very polite and made sure to accommodate our questions and requests. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it primarily for larger groups or families.

I liked everything about the hotel. The hotel is big, there is 14 floors. Location is great, Pratunam and chatuchak market are near that hotel. The staff are really helpful.

It's quiet, clean and location is not dirty. The building is really nice and cozy
